Family Constellations
In the African concept of a spiritual self or soul, we are not an individual, but rather a cog within the Family Spirit.
Therefore, in the endeavour of healing our life and obtaining our full potential, we do not limit our healing work to the individual self, but look deeper to the roots of our whole family lineage.
By shining light into the dark areas of our family system and honouring our ancestors, we begin to loosen the energetic bonds that hold us back.
Bones Divination
Bones divination is an ancient African practice used to look into the field of our lives and identify unseen forces that are unknowingly affecting us.
During their rigorous training and “twasa” initiation, Sangomas are taught the sacred art of “throwing” a collection of special bones and objects, and accurately divining relevant information by observing how the bones have landed.

To participate and witness the unravelling and healing of my ancestral lineage. It requires so much more strength and courage to take responsibility and honour what happened as opposed to take the easy way out by blaming our ancestors for how we show up in our lives.
